Quantity Surveyor

The Liverpool Recruitment Company are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor role in the Carlisle area on behalf of one of our clients. Client is a leading local house building company who work across Cumbria and North Lancashire. Your role will be to work as part of their commercial team in the delivery of housing projects

Responsibilities:

• Subcontract procurement and negotiation
• On site Measures
• Assisting with budget analysis
• Assess, manage and process subcontractor payments
• Attend site progress meetings

Requirements:

• A commercial Construction Degree
• Experience as a QS in house building environment or similar industry
• Confident on Microsoft office
• Full UK Driving license
• Awareness of Relevant Health, safety & environmental legislation
