Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with design through delivery experience in the rail industry?

I’m looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fast growth, end to end solution provider in the north of England.

Ideally, you will have surveying experience from a rail background, however civils or construction expertise would also be appealing.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

*              Cost control and forecasting

*              Producing monthly CVR reports

*              Preparation and agreement of applications for payment

*              Assisting with Risk and Value Management to optimise solution

*              Contract Management

Although it would be great if you have NEC3/NEC4 experience it’s not essential for consideration.
