Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a construction background to join an expanding contractor who are making a name for themselves in the industry. You will hold an vital role within a thriving contractor whilst working alongside the commercial department and progressing your career through the company.

This main contractor specialise in roofing and External Wall Insulation (EWI) working on refurbishment project within the residential and commercial sectors. Having be established just over a decade ago and growing 20% year on year, they have built their success on providing their reputable clients with a quality service. These relationships have helped them increase their workload, catalysing them into a period of expansion. Due to this they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing company.

On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated quantity surveyor to join a rapidly expanding contractor in an autonomous role with a growing company where you will be able to progress to senior and eventually management.

Working on projects from concept through completion you will conduct fortnightly invoicing and sub-contractor management, placement of orders with contractors, monthly valuations, invoicing and attending handover meetings. You will play a pivotal part in the commercial department assisting on other commercial related tasks where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have quantity surveying experience within the Construction industry. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor, where you can become an expert, build a team and progress your career.
