Quantity Surveyor
An independent global construction and property consultancy are looking to add a talented, driven Quantity Surveyor to their thriving Newcastle team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be an integral part of a well-established cost management team, engaging in a diverse range of projects across Commercial, Education, Data Centres, Residential, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.
Working within this team and across the various sectors will give you excellent exposure across the whole spectrum of a project, which in turn allows you to gain very good experience and competencies relevant to achieving your APC and progressing through your career as a Chartered Surveyor.
The new Quantity Surveyor will be crucial in managing project costs from the initial designs to the final stages, closely collaborating with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited degree qualification
- MRICS or currently working towards APC
- Client facing
- Good pre & post contract experience is ideal
- Previous QS experience within a UK Consultancy

- £35,000 - £45,000
