A passionate and diverse, Quantity Surveying consultancy situated around Barbican Street station, is seeking a capable and reasonably experienced Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy team of 10 quantity surveyors who are working on a mix bag of projects including private residential, hotel, heritage, and leisure projects.

The new Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £10m.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or working towards
  • 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
  • Good pre contract knowledge
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • A track record of working on private residential projects
