Quantity Surveyor
A reputable Construction & Property Consultancy with a strong presence in Birmingham is actively looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will undertake pre and post contract responsibilities across diverse projects such as Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Education, Health, Retail, Hotel & Leisure schemes.
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will benefit from the company's robust internal APC programme which involves close mentorship and 1-2-1 support, mock interviews and exams, training seminars and days and much more.
This position presents an ideal opportunity for a career focused Quantity Surveyor looking for greater APC support in order to achieve Chartership and progress to a Senior role, with abundant opportunities for career progression.
Working in a hybrid working environment, the team are typically in the office 2-3 days per week with the remainder of the week on site or from home.
The Quantity Surveyor
- 12+ months QS experience working within a UK consultancy
- RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
- Currently working towards APC / in need of greater support
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
