Quantity Surveyor
A dynamic Construction Consultancy in Nottingham City Centre is actively seeking a driven and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, family feel company working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Director, in a hybrid working capacity typically in the office 2-3 days a week.
Working across a broad range of projects across the Residential, Education, Commercial, and Healthcare sectors up to £30m.
A progressive company with a dynamic team of people, the new Quantity Surveyor will have strong opportunity for long term progression & development. Alongside this, the incoming Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled support with Chartership via the company's internal APC programme and the current MRICS Senior Surveyors as mentors.
The Quantity Surveyor
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- QS experience within a consultancy/PQS practice
- MRICS or working towards
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
