Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a Main Contractor based in Bedford are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The QS will be based from head office in Bedford and will visit sites across the region with projects including fit-out and commercial build works across the region while reporting to the Commercial Director. The particular position will involve managing a large fast-track, hospitality account working across the UK as required but based from head office in Bedford.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working as a QS in a similar role, with a knowledge of fit-out projects. Candidates will need to be based local to Bedford and happy to travel for projects.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a QS role
• Full driving licence
• Living within commuting distance of Bedford
• Strong tenure and must be looking for a long-term move
• Knowledge of fit-out projects

Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £55k - £70k DOE (guide only)
• Car Allowance
• Holiday: 20 days plus BH and flexibility when needed
