A prestigious, well-established Property Developer are looking to add a talented, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to an exciting project in Beaconsfield

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a growing company which has continued to go from strength to strength.

Specializing in high-end projects across the Residential sector, they are urgently hiring for a QS who has experience working on projects of this nature, with the first project being in Cranleigh, which will require you to travel to site 1 day a week.

With beautiful new offices, the company operate with a very fun, dynamic, social, and flexible culture that really reflect throughout everything they do.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • The ability to independently manage projects
  • Experience working on Residential projects
  • Preparing cost reports
  • Experience sourcing new subcontractors

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

  • £55,000 - £65,000
  • Car allowance
  • 25 days annual leave + A bank holidays + BREAK between Christmas and new years
