Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze cost estimates for diverse construction projects
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and cost benefit analyses
  • Monitor project costs meticulously to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities
  • Review and skillfully negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Expertly evaluate and manage project risks associated with cost control
  • Deliver insightful progress reports and financial forecasts for management's perusal

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar capacity
  • Profound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and associated costs
  • Proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge cost estimating software and tools
  • Exceptional analytical prowess and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering accuracy
  • Superb communication and negotiation abilities

Additional Information:

  • Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
  • Salary: Monthly/Annual (to be discussed based on experience)
  • Location - Lancashire
