A leading Construction Consultancy with a focus on excellence is on the lookout for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to become a part of their growing team in Birmingham.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be stepping into a vibrant environment, joining the company's Hotels and Leisure team. This team prides itself on delivering high-quality cost consultancy services, and the new recruit will play a crucial role in driving the success of new build and refurbishment projects for a prominent Hotel chain.
The role involves comprehensive project delivery, including site progress monitoring, attendance at site meetings, management of variations, and cost reporting.

The Quantity Surveyor
- 12+ months experience with a Construction Consultancy
- RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
- Pre & Post Contract Experience
- MRICS or working towards APC
- Hotel or Leisure project experience is ideal
