Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a close knit, innovative and flexible Construction & Property Consultancy in Nottingham.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary consultancy which provides Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, CDM and Project Management services.

Working across all sectors of the built environment, the new Quantity Surveyor will have brilliant exposure to Residential, Conservation, Education, Government, Retail, Sport & Leisure, Commercial and Industrial schemes.

A close knit team of 8 people in Nottingham, providing Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services, the team is made up of Senior, Associate and Director level QS' who are determined to take on a talented QS eager for mentorship, support and rapid progression.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven QS who feels they aren't currently getting the right exposure or support with their APC, looking for the right support & guidance as well as long term progression to a Senior QS role.

The Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• Construction related degree qualification (RICS Accredited)
• 2+ years' experience within a Consultancy
• Pre & post contract experience
• Employers Agent experience is ideal but not crucial
• Valid UK Driving license
