Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious Property & Construction Consultancy, boasting a network of five offices across the nation, is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their flagship Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role:

The chosen Quantity Surveyor will become part of a consultancy celebrated for its commitment to employee well-being and development, holding the esteemed Gold Investors in People accreditation. In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will engage with a diverse portfolio of projects spanning Residential, Commercial, Education, Government, Health, Heritage, High-Rise, and Parks & Leisure sectors.

You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of experts, ensuring a rich and varied professional experience. Furthermore, the position offers the exciting possibility of assuming Project Management and Employer's Agent duties, providing a well-rounded exposure to the field.

This opportunity is ideally suited for either an experienced Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor feeling constrained in their current role and seeking greater responsibilities and avenues for advancement. It is also an excellent fit for an MRICS-accredited Quantity Surveyor looking for supportive pathways to navigate into management and senior-level positions.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Strong consultancy background
• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or working towards & need that final push
• Good pre & post contract experience
• Valid UK Driving license
