Are you an experienced House Building Quantity Surveyor that is looking to join a new company within the region?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large House Building company who are based in West Yorkshire. Building 2-4 bed houses throughout the Yorkshire regions.

A great chance to join a well-established company, where you will be constantly busy and getting involved in all aspects of the developments. This company is a place that has always recognised and rewarded hard work.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Budget Forecasting
  • Pre & post tender
  • Monthly valuations
  • Undertake Material & Plant reconciliations weekly.
  • Administration of Drawing Revisions & Site Records.

Salary & Benefits

A competitive salary ranging between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) + company car/car allowance, private healthcare and other additional benefits.
