A Quantity Surveying consultancy that prioritises trust and having a relaxed working environment are seeking a mid-level Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding QS team in Oxford.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors who are working across an array of high end, fast past retail projects, as well as three major care home providers on projects within the new build and refurbishment sector, valuing up to £6m.

Alongside an excellent team culture, the new Quantity Surveyor will benefit from solid APC support, and opportunities to work nationally and internationally.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • PQS/Construction consultancy experience
  • Driving licence and car
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Trustworthy and professional character
