Location: Bermondsey, Greater London

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Duration: Full time/Permanent( Office based)

Responsibilities

- Reviewing contracts

- Reports/budget reports

- Finical tasks

- Advising the site management teams

- Assign work to contractors ( overseeing their work)

- Any areas of issues

- Estimating/managing costs

- Dealing with contractual and legal matters

Salary & Benefits

- £50,000-£60,000 per annum- depending on experience

- Other benefits to be negotiated on interview

Skills required

- Experience in Ductwork

- 3-5 years in Quantity Surveying

- Good finance knowledge

- Experience/ Knowledge in Ventilation
