Position Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with our client, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring budget compliance, and delivering successful construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide expert advice on procurement strategies, cost estimation, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal pricing.
• Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
