Hunter Mason's client are lookin for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis based in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate final accounts and ensure accuracy.

• Stay informed on final account forecasts and project developments.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the project, ensuring comprehensive understanding.

• Manage and safeguard client's key documents.

• Provide construction cost advice to project teams.

• Actively participate in change, risk, and program processes attached to the ECC.

Requirements:

• Some knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.

• Previous experience in managing civil engineering contracts.

• Ability to oversee projects from tender to completion.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Immediate availability for a new project.
