Position: We are hiring a skilled Quantity Surveyor for a drywall company to contribute to our successful projects.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Private Health Care + Pension + Lifestyle Discounts

Location: Central London (E1)

About: We specialize in luxury CAT A&B commercial fit-out of offices and is a trusted supplier to major main contractors including ISG and Canary Wharf contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure financial control.
  • Procurement: Coordinate material purchases and subcontractor agreements.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee contract terms, variations, and compliance.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Concept to Completion: Be part of transforming office spaces from concept to reality.
  • Diverse Sectors: Operate in legal, finance, media, tech, and retail.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience: Proven track record in CAT A&B commercial fit-out projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing project needs.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license.
