Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor (Multi-Sector)

Location: Mid and West Ireland

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for diverse projects? We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and contribute to projects spanning government initiatives, housing developments, factories, and schools. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Cost Management: Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control across various sectors.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Quantity Takeoffs: Accurately measure and quantify materials and resources required for projects.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks related to project costs and schedules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government bodies, contractors, and project teams.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in quantity surveying, preferably across government and private sector projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
    • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Immediate Start: We are looking for someone who can join us promptly.
  • Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
