Description:

We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to become an integral part of their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing expansion, taking on the responsibility of crafting accurate pricing estimates for both upcoming tender opportunities and existing contracts. With an emphasis on commercial insight and fortified by robust data evidence, meticulous attention to detail will be a cornerstone of your contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate pricing estimates for tender opportunities and existing contracts.
• Utilize commercial insight and data evidence to ensure precision in estimating.
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitive tendering for similar clients.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team to contribute to our growth strategy.
• Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve collective goals.
• Interpret information, conduct research, analyse complex data, make sound judgments, and appraise performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical, financial, and commercial skills in relation to business development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and an effective approach to decision-making.
• Proactive and confident communicator with a commitment to ethical standards and company values.
• Full UK driving license required due to travel requirements throughout the UK.
• Qualification to degree standard in a relevant subject preferred.
