Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000

The role of Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit-Out will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of commercial interior systems projects such as SFS, drylining, drywall, suspended ceilings, partitioning, bespoke joinery, acoustic solutions, and wall lining
• Keeping up to date with site progress through Site / Project Managers, recording progress made, and transferring information onto monthly payment applications
• Pricing variations and changes in line with subcontractor parameters
• Dealing with subcontract applications and negotiating subcontractor price
• Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope
• Keeping track of application figures and ensuring relevant departments are aware of potential budget or financial constraints
• Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors

• Working on projects varying in size from £100k to £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - Leisure Fit-Out with

• Must have Quantity Surveying experience within the interiors / fitout market sector
• Would consider Main Contractor background
• Ideally will have an understanding of SFS, drylining, drywall, suspended ceilings, partitioning, bespoke joinery, acoustic solutions, wall lining or similar interior systems
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Full UK driving license
• Good team player who also works well individually
