Quantity Surveyor - Drylining

You will be working for an established sub-contractor, specialising in Partitions, Suspended Ceiling, Rendering, Underfloor Heating & Screeding. Due to a continuous stream of works won, they are looking for an ambitious, knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor to join their dry-lining, partitioning and firestopping department.

About the role;

• You will be overseeing the subcontractor duties, for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.

You will be responsible for:

• End to end process of contracts

• Review enquiries and put prices together ready for sign off

• Sit in on contract negotiations

• Variations

• Supply chain

• Cost management

• Through to final accounts

To succeed in this role, you will need;

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role

• Ideally, you will have experience in the Dry-Lining industry

• The ability to work autonomously
