Quantity Surveying Partner

A market leading International Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a highly ambitious, client facing Partner, from a Quantity Surveying background, to elevate their Leeds office.

The Partner Role

The successful Partner will join a well established office of 50 multidisciplinary professionals and a Quantity Surveying team of 5x. Your role will be two-fold, work winning and job running, whilst being a part of an extremely profitable and career focused consultancy.

The new Partner will manage the Quantity Surveying team whilst focusing on growing and developing this team, with the goal of increasing this to 6-10 people.

This consultancy boasts a strong pipeline of projects in the region across an array of sectors including Residential, Logistic, Office, Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Retail sectors.

There is no ceiling on the progression opportunities provided here, in order to have a seat at the Equity Partner's table, you will have to show the ability to carry out business development, bring in new work and clients, and help the company achieve their exciting growth plans.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an Associate or Director looking to make a real difference and impact within a company, already carrying out business development, or an established Partner who feels they've hit a wall in their progression.

The Partner

Experience:

• MRICS ideally or working towards
• A strong Quantity Surveying background in a Consultancy
• Employers Agent / Contract Administrator experience is ideal
• A successful track record delivering projects, networking and business development
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
