Miles Recruitment have an exciting new position open for a Quality Manager to join a vastly expanding company, looking to continue propelling themselves upwards. Our client already has an impressive range of products and services provided to customers all around the world with applications in several sectors.

As Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in building out a world class quality system across the business, reporting and working alongside the Operations Director. On top of this, you will be working with the operations teams, developing efficient processes and test procedures.

Additional duties within this Quality Manager role will include:

- Liaising with the Engineering team for new process qualification and new product introduction.
- Develop and implement quality standards and control systems in conjunction with Operations management.
- Coordinate improvement projects within defined budgets and timescales, communicating regularly & effectively with project team & stakeholders.
- Train various teams on quality procedures and ensure compliance to best practices.
- Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
- Monitor changes and their related benefits.

As a Quality Manager, it is vital you have proven experience in quality engineering, or related roles to be successful.

- Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements and quality assurance principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
