Quality Manager

An aerospace manufacturing company based in Bristol is looking for a Quality Manager to join the company and their ever-growing team. With brilliant access to Bristol, this could be your next step in quality management!

Your new role
As Quality Manager, you will lead the company's Quality department and will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining their Quality System (QMS) to AS9100, driving their product and system conformance. You will need to use initiative and sound aerospace judgement to ensure and assure continued compliance with their customers' and industry requirements, as well as internally and with their supply base. The role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will contribute to the Company's strategic development.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Quality Manager, you will have experience of forming, leading and developing quality teams, experience in root cause analysis, a strong understanding of AS9100 and aerospace FAIR. Ideally, you will have an understanding of the application of SharePoint and O365 as QMS tool, an understanding of Aerospace Customer systems, process and Quality systems.

What you'll get in return
