What you'll do:
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your primary focus will be on minimising pallet losses and improving acceptance across your designated geographical area. You will maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring consistent recovery. You will also conduct thorough investigations based on reported numbers to discover any anomalies or losses. Your role will involve updating our systems with accurate and complete information collected from all visits or customer interactions. Additionally, you will work towards reducing the Loss Percentage in the business through constant collaboration with other stakeholders. You may also be required to perform stock takes outside of normal working hours.

• Minimise pallet losses and improve acceptance across the UK and Ireland
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure consistent recovery
• Conduct thorough investigations based on reported numbers to discover any anomalies/losses
• Ensure that our systems are updated with accurate and complete information collected as a result of all visits and/or customer interactions
• Work at reducing the Loss Percentage in the business through constant collaboration with other stakeholders
• Perform stock takes when required, which may need to be outside of normal working hours

What you bring:
The ideal Quality Manager candidate will bring at least three years' experience within a fast-paced logistics environment. Experience in FMCG is desirable but not essential. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, including listening, influencing, verbal and written communication. Good problem-solving skills are crucial for this role; you should be capable of analysing and challenging information effectively. Excellent presentation skills are also required. We value creative thinking and encourage an innovative approach to tasks and issues.
