Do you have hands-on Quality Management experience and knowledge of LEAN manufacturing practices, and are looking to join a dynamic and forward thinking manufacturing company who are at the forefront of technologies, with clear scope to progress and technical development?

In this role you will be responsible for heading up the quality management of a busy manufacturing facility, supporting and enhancing the quality management system AS9100. You will create an environment of learning and development, and push standards on quality through continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing.

This company is a market leader in the connectivity sector, and have been at the forefront of their technologies for over 80 years! Operation globally their range of products and services vary from energy and power, through to antennas, sensors and fiber optics. The industries they supply into also have huge variety, from automotive, through to industrial machinery, oil and gas and even artificial intelligence.

The Role:

  • Spearhead quality control within the manufacturing facility
  • Support and develop quality management systems (AS9100)
  • Through LEAN Manufacturing and continuous improvement, develop the standards of quality, assurance processes are in place and developed over time
  • Implement KPIs on the production floor to monitor quality levels and nurture a progressive environment
  • Monday to Friday, days based role
  • Relocation package up to £12k

The Person:

  • Quality based background
  • Leadership experience
  • LEAN manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure
  • Track record of driving change across multiple functions
