If you are, Melissa at TN Recruits Temps has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join a highly reputable international company!

As a Quality Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to carry out in-process and final inspections of manufactured products and associated documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining their high standards and ensuring the delivery of top-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-process inspection activities including crimping, soldering, torque tightening, and first-off inspections
  • Perform tooling checks of crimp tools and settings
  • Conduct final inspections of manufactured products, verifying conformity to drawings, customer specifications, and internal procedures.
  • Conduct electrical testing of manufactured products using various equipment such as ATE, multimeter, and megger, in accordance with drawings and customer specifications
  • Complete Final Inspection & Test Record sheets and Test Results sheets
  • Conduct First Article Inspection and complete First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).
  • Perform Goods Receiving inspection of supplied products.
  • Book work through the ERP system and maintain relevant statistical spreadsheets for recording inspection results
  • Ensure calibration and verification of inspection and test equipment
  • Maintain control over test leads and mating halves
  • Assist in disseminating technical details to support contract review
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding technical data
 
Location: Edenbridge
Working Hours: 2pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,000
