About the Company:

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in their industry, is looking for a diligent Quality Inspector to join their team. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality products, our client is dedicated to providing excellent service to their customers.

Responsibilities:

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's products meet the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of products at various stages of the production process, identifying any defects or deviations from the quality standards.
  • Utilising various quality control tools and techniques to assess product quality, such as visual inspections, measurements, and tests.
  • Documenting and reporting any quality issues or non-conformance's identified during inspections.
  • Collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot and address quality-related issues promptly.
  • Assisting in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure accurate measurements.

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even the slightest defects.
  • Previous manufacturing experience (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Contract and Compensation:

This is a temporary position starting from April 22, 2024, offering a hourly rate starting from £11.45. The working pattern is set to be full-time.
