Reed Engineering are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded business in Towcester, who seek to appoint a Quality Engineer / Quality Inspection Lead, who will be responsible assessing a range of quality control procedures within the surface engineering industry. 

Leading a small team of 4, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing quality control processes
• Integrate quality department actions into all core operations
• Driving continuous improvements throughout the workplace
• Controlling quality audits on a quarterly and annual basis
• Maintaining accreditations for NADCAP, AS9001D and ISO9001

As the successful applicant, you will bring considerable experience within the field of Quality, and be ready to take on additional responsibility as a leader within a team. Comfortable working at pace within a fast-moving operation, you will enjoy building customer relationships based on trust and delivery.
