Quality Engineer

Your new company
Your new company is a leading Consultancy within Engineering & Defence. They are a global consultancy, renowned for their commitment to investment and innovation. Winning multiple industry awards in 2023, they are looking to expand their already strong Quality team by adding additional heads to the team. There are 2 roles available, one Quality Engineer and one Senior Quality Engineer, with salary dependent on experience.
Your new role
Your new role as a Quality Engineer will involve attending and participating in Project Lead Team meetings, Client meetings and supply-chain meetings. You will handle, responding customer complaints and deficiency reports, working with the project team to take measures to resolve. With this, you will remain current on quality control practices and trends through training, publications, seminars, conferences and related trade shows. As this role is within Nuclear & Defence, you will have to conduct and direct internal/external management audits, prepare formal audit reports, and define audit schedules. Ensuring full adherence to ISO9001.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience within Quality Management. Previous experience within Nuclear & Defence is not essential, but desirable. You will be a detailed-oriented individual who possesses the confidence to actively lead and manage a team and the client. Ability to secure SC clearance is a must.
