Quality Engineer
Adecco are working with a Medical Device manufacturer hiring a Quality Engineer into the team.
This will be an onsite role, due to the crucial part you will play as the liaison between quality and production.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be tasked with:
- Maintaining compliance to relevant regulations and quality standards such as cGMP, FDA QSR 21 CFR 820, ISO13485, and European Medical Devices Directive MDD94/42/EEC.
- Ensuring continuous improvement initiatives, as well as evaluating product and process risks
- Provide support for new product introductions and handle the investigation of customer complaints.
- Resolve identified non-conformance's, implement effective corrective actions, and prevent potential areas of non-conformance.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a science-related field and at least 2 years of quality assurance experience within manufacturing.
Experience in the medical device industry and knowledge of ISO13485 requirements are preferred.
Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to identify and implement continual improvement initiatives are also essential.
