Our client are a major manufacturing business with a global reach supporting some of the worlds most well known brands. Following a period of highly impressive growth they are now looking for a Quality & EHS Administrator to join them on a permanent contract. Playing your part as an integral member of the Quality team you will play your part in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Duties will include but not limited too:
  • You will be provided with quality information and will need to follow a process of administration.
  • Maintain and populate the Quality and EHS Management Systems
  • Creating work instructions and packaging specifications to keep quality levels high.
  • Checking that all paperwork is completed to the required standard.
  • Helping to write reports from supplier information.
  • Helping with administration from other departments.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Supplier performance – product re-qualification, self-assessments, recovery charges, planning and monitoring of incoming goods.
  • Produce reports for waste, water and energy.
  • Assist with New Product Introduction – planning, creating and analysis.
 The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • A background working in an administrative role.
  • Manufacturing background.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week - working days Monday to Friday (We can be flexible between office hours)
