Quality Controller

Our client based in Hitchin, are recruiting for a Quality Controller.

The role is a permanent position.

Salary is depending on experience.

Hours 40 hrs week , 8am to 4.45 Mon to Thurs, 8 to 3.30 Fri

Quality Controller Purpose

To ensure compliance of products and processes for the manufacturing of Personal Protection clothing for the medical industry to ISO regulations

Quality Controller Responsibilities

· Conduct 1st Online Production inspection.

· Highlight trending key quality metrics.

· Document and report inspection findings

· Work with other company personnel to resolve nonconformances.

· Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 requirements.

· Support Final Quality Inspection when required, to achieve daily targets.

Quality Controller Skills

· Ability to understand manufacturing processes and how the processes are controlled.

· Strong problem-solving skills

· A good work ethic

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Word, Excel, Access, Outlook knowledge

· Operation of basic measuring devices

· Commercial & decision-making skills required

Quality Controller Qualifications and Experience

· Quality control experience preferable but not necessary

· Experience with ISO 9001 Standards preferred but not necessary.
