Working in partnership with my client, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Controller to join their dedicated and longstanding team. Working closely with suppliers and the Customer Service team, this is a pivotal role within the business.

The role:

  • Inspecting products on delivery to the warehouses
  • Writing inspection reports
  • Discussing further issues/quarantined stock with the wider business
  • Visual inspections and colour management of supplier submissions
  • Be the main point of contact for customer issues/feedback
  • Perform investigations and liaise feedback to the relevant department
  • Management of the department inbox

Person specification:

  • Previous quality control experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong IT skills

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with free on-site parking.

*Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be beneficial*
