Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. Your main duties will include:

Utilizing standard hand-held measuring equipment, surface plate equipment, CMM, comparator, fixed gauging, thread gauges, etc., to measure with a high level of accuracy and precision.

Inspecting machined parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with company quality guidelines and standards.

Verifying completed products and maintaining meticulous final documentation records.

Calibrating gauges and test equipment to uphold accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Significant mechanical inspection experience.

Proficiency in using tools and CMM measuring techniques.

Positive attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure.

Strong team player with a keen eye for detail.

Competency in creating comprehensive reports and providing constructive feedback on potential issues.

Excellent people skills with a positive outlook.
