Quality Assurance Technician

My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician on a permanent basis.

As the QA Technician you will report directly to and work closely with the Quality.

Salary - £24k to £28k depending on experience

Pension scheme

Free parking

8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:-

• Generating monthly quality management review reports
• Internal annual audits
• Reviewing raw material specifications
• Helping to prepare customer finished product specs
• Annual updates to quality procedures
• Supporting with the implementation of a new Quality Management System
• Dealing with Customer complaints
• Trend analysis

Skills and experience:-

• Previous experience of a similar role
• Good communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Good maths skills
• Experience in working in a fast paced environment
• Ideally have previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
