Key accountabilities:

Responsibility for ensuring operational excellence.

• Optimising QMS Policies, Processes and Procedures.

• Improving quality performance.

• Nurturing a high-performance QA Team.

• Audit ready at all times.

Key responsibilities:

• Use the Quality Management System to ensure product safety, legality, quality and customer specifications.

• Promote a Food Safety and Quality Culture throughout your team of 4.

• A key member of the HACCP Team, attend and participate in all HACCP meetings.

• As part of the internal auditing team, conducting audits to ensure the site meets the safety, quality and legality requirements.

• Conduct Traceability/Mass Balance and Mock recalls, highlighting areas for improvement and action.
