Quality Assurance Supervisor

Your new role
As Quality Assurance Supervisor you will manage and lead a team of quality engineers to form a strong working relationship with OEM automotive customers to ensure that all quality related customer specific requirements (CSRs) are met within the required time frames and to the defined standards.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a Third level degree in mechanical engineering or technical discipline. Candidates with a lesser qualification, plus significant relevant experience may also be considered. Minimum 3 years team leader within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Quality management systems & ISO 9001. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, Data Analysis, KPIs, NCRs and Quality reporting. Structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D, A3, 4C and tools such as Ishikawa, 5-Why, Pareto, Charts & Graphs. Control plan audits and Kaizen projects.
