Quality Assurance Officer | Insurance MGA | West Midlands | £30 - 35,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing insurance MGA in their search for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their business. This is a newly created role due to company growth and you will be reporting into the Risk & Compliance Manager.

You will be conducting quality assurance audits for the underwriting department to monitor adherence to the guidelines and licence authorities as well as analysing that the compliance standards are being met and proactively identify areas for improvement.

You will be required to work in their office twice a week and they have some great benefits including pension of up to 16%, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, 1 Paid Volunteer Day per year, funding qualifications, employee recognition awards, staff social events and more.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 year's quality assurance experience.
  • Must have experience of working in the insurance industry - MGA is preferable.
  • Strong regulatory knowledge of the FCA.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels.
