Quality Assurance Manager

The Company

Our client is a medium sized provider of Residential and Nursing services for the elderly across the Suffolk.

The Role

As Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards are met and maintained across the group and that Management are adhering to CQC regulations. You will conduct regular quality audits. You will suggest improvements to services based on the audits and provide training support where required.

Our client has ambitious growth targets which means there is scope for growth and professional development as new opportunities present themselves. You will likely be involved in the integration of future purchases too.

Requirements

- Experience within the Nursing/Social Care industries and a knowledge of CQC regulations

- Organisational and communication skills – to stay on top of your duties and to communicate difficult messages and track improvements

- Writing and structuring skills to draft new policies and procedures that are clear and effective
