Quality and Environment Manager

Head of Quality and Environment - Boston - 45,000/50,000

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Quality and Environment lead to head up the division for our client who lead their global market.

You will be instrumental to improving their Quality and Environment as part of their Sustainability journey.

Our client is on a journey to increase their Sustainability, Implementing, Improving and Controlling their processes is vital.

Duties would include:

Developing the Quality and Environmental Policies, Procedures, Quality

Control Documents and Work Instructions.

Creating a support Team to measure and monitor compliance with company policies for their Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

To be part of the team you’ll need:

5+years’ experience and responsibility for Quality Management Systems.

To have worked in the Engineering/Electronic Industry.

Proven experience of Implementing ISO9001 & ISO14001.

Be able to Develop and Lead Teams.

Experience in Auditing Processes.

Not Essential but would be Advantageous.

Understanding AQL levels.

Be able to train others in the correct use of Measuring Equipment.

Experience of Sage.
