We are currently working with a global, family-run company based on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining product specifications and user manuals.
  • Ensuring all documents comply with relevant standards
  • Provide support with internal and external audits
  • Keeping accurate records for quality audit purposes
  • Administering the Document Change Control
  • Project management, implementing product changes where necessary
  • Working closely with internal departments as well as global suppliers

About You:

  • Previous experience within NetSuite desirable
  • Experience within medical devices desirable but not essential
  • Data analysis skills would be very useful
  • Proactive, team-player, self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
