THE COMPANY

Harnham is working with a boutique insights consultancy. They are looking for a consultant to join their healthcare team. This team works with a diverse range of clientele covering pharma, medical devices and digital health. The role will require you to conduct and manage a range of single market, European and global qual research projects acting as a main point of contact to clients, offering strategic insights to their clientele base.

THE ROLE

You will:

· Leading on qualitative research end to end from initiation through to design and delivery independently

· Acting as the lead on project management and insight delivery

· Being involved in proposals, pitching and business development

· Be the main point of contact for the client and act as the lead

· Gain an in-depth understanding of client's needs and lead the team on how to use creativity in methodologies to deliver to the client's needs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need to have:

· In-depth knowledge of multiple qualitative research methodologies

. A minimum of 3 years experience in pharma/healthcare research

· Previous or current agency background

· Ability to dig deep into client's needs and offer creative solutions

· Brand insights specialist within consumer goods or services
