We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our secondary school team located near Middlesbrough. You will be responsible for providing classroom support to teachers and ensuring that students receive the best possible learning experience.
Your new role
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.- Providing tailored support to students who require additional help.
- Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and attitudes in the classroom.
- Assisting with the supervision of students during break and lunchtimes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of the National Curriculum.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
What you'll get in return
Location: Near Middlesbrough
Salary: £95 per day

Contract: Temporary (ASAP start until July 2024)

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
