Tripod wishes to speak to Qualified Social workers with Adults experience

£30p/h

PT - Mon & Wed or Wed & Fri - 18.5 hours

Minimum of two years adult social work experience.

Temporary social worker required to undertake care act assessments for CHC cases and attend CHCDST's and CHC reviews. Must have substantive experience of CHC cases. Experience of completing care act assessments for individuals with complex nursing needs, completing care plans and reviewing cases.

Role is hybrid with expectation that face-to face assessment visits and attendance at MDT.

No duty work.

Four weekly supervision will be provided. Office base is in Pilsworth area of Bury.
