Tripod wishes to speak to Qualified Social workers with Adults Transitions experience

Hybrid working

Office base is officially Market Street but team works out of Walnut Close Care Home in Thatcham, Brownsfield Rd, RG183HF.

The Locum would need to be in the office twice a week and they would also need to attend the monthly team meetings in person.

Travel across the district is required - sometimes further afield out-of-area too but this would be discussed/agreed as necessary.
