In Bournemouth, the Family Safeguarding Team is seeking to hire a Qualified Social Worker. The chosen candidate will join a well-run, organised team that is increasing the number of social workers on staff.

The responsibilities of the Social Worker includes:

  • Case Load Management
  • Completing reviews and assessment
  • Working alongside other agencies
  • Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable children
  • Promoting service users' choices, control and independence
  • Supporting service users to live safely
  • Assessing and reviewing existing service users
  • Working effectively with other professionals

To ideal candidate will have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)

Working with Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council you will be guaranteed access to continued profession development, including a dedicated consultant to support you through the interview and on boarding process.
