Your new company
We are currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Vale of Glamorgan's Child Health and Disability Team. As part of this team, you will be providing a service to children and young people who have a severe or significant learning disability, physical disability, sensory impairment, or profound communication impairment. You will play a role in responding to new referrals to the team and in ensuring the council provide an effective initial response and will develop longer-term relationships with families.
Your new role
You will have the chance to work on a hybrid working model along with their flexible working policy that allows you to request compressed hours from 37 hours.

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care Wales
- Full UK driving licence
